Retained Search

Our top priority. The retained search is the ultimate partnership, typically for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive search in which confidentiality is critical. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment. 

Guarantee periods range from 6 months to one year.

Engaged Search

This is the next highest priority search, which takes priority over all contingency searches. By having “skin in the game”, you can be confident that we have dedicated the time and resources needed to promptly fill the urgent position. You pay us an engagement fee when we initiate the search, and the remaining fee when the candidate begins employment. This is the most popular type of search.  

Guarantee periods range from 4 to 6 months.

Contingency Search

A contingency search may be most appropriate if the search is not of the highest urgency. You only pay a fee once the candidate is secured and starts their employment. We do all of the work up front.  

The guarantee period is 3 months.
