Newman Search Group was founded by Glenn Newman, out of a passion for delivering top talent to companies that care about it's consumers, the planet and the people behind their mission.
Since 2010, Glenn has been an award winning Executive Search Consultant in the Consumer Packaged Goods space, helping many great CPG brands find top talent to grow their companies.
Newman Search Group is equipped and ready to handle any client needs - big or small. Glenn is involved in every search - from search strategy to execution and leads a team of talented and experienced contract recruiters and researchers. Newman Search Group is built to be an extension of our client's brand - understanding company culture and needs - and able to work wide and deep across most functions within the CPG and Food Industries.
In addition to his work, Glenn is passionate about his family, golf, food and travel. He has 3 children and 4 grandchildren and lives with his beautiful wife, Maristela, in Marin County.

Diana Benedikt Diana brings a host of strategic experience inside high-velocity growth companies along with many years of recruiting advisors and board directors for venture funded startups. Over the past 20 years, Diana has advised more than 200 early-stage companies across both consumer and B2B sectors. As well, she’s worked with a range of venture funds and established technology leaders. The pull of working with companies that emphasize healthy lifestyles led her to bring her broad experience to NSG. Here she focuses on working with a full range of positions from EVP on down, across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and more. When she’s not working, Diana is a traveler, a hiker and a lover of the beach, all things that come with living in beautiful Northern California.

Aimee is a recruiting professional with 8 years of experience in full cycle recruitment within CPG, Beauty/ Personal Care, and Automotive industries. She specializes in Operations/Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing roles from Individual Contributor to VP- level. With a highly strategic recruiting approach and a keen understanding of clients’ culture and values, Aimee is able to quickly identify and place top talent that align in every respect with clients’ needs. When she’s not on the front lines of the battle for talent, Aimee enjoys spending time in nature, quality time with family, and traveling both internationally and all around the gorgeous Pacific Northwest.
